Finally getting my act together and working on prints of some photos. Part of my process includes making significant alterations to items that I purchased in the past which, from my style point of view, missed the mark. For example, when I start offering shorts, they’re not going to be the baggy-down-to-the-knee variety. They’re not going to be daisy dukes, either. But a shorter, more fitted short has always been my preference, and I expect it to catch on.

Recently, I scratched the everlovin’ shit out of my glasses (dragged a twenty pound ceramic pot across them—oops). In visual arts and design, I just gotta be able to see. I have to see my watch, which is connected to my phone; my phone, which is displaying and controlling my camera; my camera, which is tethered to my computer; my computer, for all the details in post. @warbyparker set me up with brand new specs, no charge, my one-year warranty expiring in two weeks. #customerforlife #notpaidtosaythis 👓 ⌚️📱 📷 🖥 🤩

As a visual artist, self-expression via modifications to the physical body, including tattooing and even weight training to change its shape, has been pretty intriguing to me since my first introduction to the so-called western fakirs and modern primitives in my late teens. Though I don’t really resonate with any of that now, I do still appreciate the art of it all. Life is fun.✌🏼
